You are not alone.  We all need hope.  Life is hard.  It's even hard, at times, for the very wealthy.  Sickness, unexpected financial ruin, broken relationships, and chemical problems visit every social class.  Real hope comes not from a program, but from a person, Jesus Christ.  He offers forgiveness for your sins.  He promises to wipe your slate clean and give you a new beginning.  He promises power to help you change, and a family of friends to provide support.

Prayer Counseling?
Elijah House Prayer Counseling is a resource available at new beginnings. The concept behind this effective ministry is that unwholesome behaviors and attitudes or "fruits" (for example: fear, control issues, lust, bitterness, etc.) are caused by unhealthy roots. We don't want to simply treat the behaviors, but the things that cause them, bringing true healing and freedom from past wounds and scars. Our counselors are highly trained (100 hours, minimum) and available for you.  With God's help, they will assist you in receiving the healing that leads to life change!
